  • During your account registration with us or you choose to connect the external third party account (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.) during registration;
  • During the creation of your advertising items;

Albeit there is no obligation for you to provide the information to us. Using our websites and mobile applications indicate that you authorize us to use your information in any other countries where Robinhomez and its subsidiaries operate for the purposes mentioned above.

  1. Your interactions with other users

We offer chat/messaging features which allow users to connect and communicate and share information with each other to complete a transaction and/or sharing opinion. Please exercise good judgement when sharing information in these groups or with others as we generally do not monitor or remove the information that you share and such information may remain available in our database even after your Account has been deactivated, terminated or is otherwise closed. You are responsible for the information you choose to share with other users.

  1. Protection of customer information

We shall take practical and reasonable steps to protect the personal information from any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental disclosure, alteration or destruction during processing your personal information and ensure that it complies with all the applicable laws and regulations.

Sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) are encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However, there is no 100% secure transmission method over the internet. Hence, we cannot guarantee its absolute security even we have strived to use generally accepted industry standard means to protect your information.

You may access your information through your profile page and update your information by using the “Edit” function at your profile page after your login.

Where you provide personal information about yourself or any other person to us, you are responsible to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself and any other person as mentioned above.

You should inform these individuals that you are providing their personal information to us and advise them about where they can find a copy of this Privacy Policy, subsequently ensure they consent to you to provide us their information.

We will try to respond to the above request within a reasonable period of time. We may request to verify your identity and for more information about your request if we require additional understanding of the request.
